WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; includes hospital roundingWeekday Call: 1:4; Will cover other physicians' patientsWeekend & Holiday Call: 1:4Robotic/Laparoscopic experience is preferredAverage outpatient volumes: 20 - 25 patients per dayAverage inpatient volume: 5 - 10 patients per dayCommon Diagnoses:ObstructionProstate cancerHematuriaUrinary incontinenceBladder cancerCommon Procedures:Cystoscopy (including PVP, TURBT, bladder biopsy, stent placement)UreteroscopyProstate biopsyRobotic prostatectomyLaparoscopic nephrectomy/partial nephrectomyWHO WE ARE:Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
