JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics Concessions Department is seeking multiple positions including concession stand employees at various athletic venues during sporting events, and/or also stand supervisors at Beaver Stadium for Penn State Football games. The primary responsibilities for concession stand workers include but are not limited to: preparing food, operating the point of sale system, cleaning and performing other duties as assigned. The stand supervisor position will need to manage and provide oversight for assigned Beaver Stadium stand and volunteer groups which would include, counting and verifying inventory at the beginning and end of football games, overseeing refunds, voiding transactions and closing out stand registers. Beaver Stadium supervisors must be available for all seven home football games and are expected to arrive at Beaver Stadium four hours prior to kickoff, remain for the duration the game and until assigned stand is closed out following the game.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
