POSITION SUMMARY

The Team Lead will effectively manage all aspects of a Food & Beverage Concession Area for ESP. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional food, beverage, and service experience for all our guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Directly align with the Elizabethtown Sports Park Mission Statement and Core ValuesManage the daily production, preparation & presentation of all food for the facility's concessions and special events to ensure quality consistent product is produced that meets ESP standardsAssist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage Team MembersOpen, supervise, operate, and close concessions locations throughout ESPMonitor quality control constantlyAssist F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager in weekly and monthly inventory countingEffectively manage all cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas in assigned Concession AreaEnsure highest levels of food safety & sanitation are being maintainedCommunicate kitchen equipment repair needs in a timely mannerOperationally manage Health and Safety practices to ensure inspection compliance that result in A scoresRecord information about inventory and health practicesEffectively manage customer complaints and suggestionsComplete special projects and daily assignments as directed by F&B and Assistant F&B ManagersEffectively manage the food & beverage aspect of a Concession Area during ESP eventsManage the efficient use of supplies during eventsEffectively train, develop, and hold hourly Team Members accountableTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

Proven success of effective leadership in a high-volume concessions/food & beverage environmentExperience and success in supervising staff in order to effectively execute a successful shiftExperience and success in customer service and leadershipAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years old2+ years of food & beverage experience in a leadership roleFood Safety Manager and ServSafe Certifications are preferredRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust have strong leadership and mathematical skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast paced environmentMust be able to work under pressure, be decisive, and work well in a group settingAbility to motivate employees and prioritizeMust be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as neededWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, bend, carry, lift, pull, and pushWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
