Our Shipping & Receiving Clerks are responsible for accurately checking products, processing documents, and packaging materials related to orders that ship to customers. We are looking for dedicated individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and versatility throughout their day.**Opportunity Details:*** As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you are responsible for:* Ensuring products are packaged correctly and accurately shipped to customers and drop ship locations.* Maintaining accurate inventory level of stock items for future sales.* Utilizing plant operating software to receive production work orders.* Verifying the correct destination (Customer, inventory, etc).* Verifying the accuracy of all shipping functions such as labeling and all packaging information.* Managing inventory counts.* Filing paperwork in the appropriate customer file.* Managing the housekeeping duties of the shipping area.* Loading and unloading deliveries.* Other duties as assigned.Requirements **What you can provide:*** Determination to succeed in a fast paced environment for a rapidly growing company.* Relevant Shipping/Receiving experience* Attention to detail, organization, and strong computer skills**Physical Requirements:*** Frequently lift and move up to 20-30 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.* Must be able to frequently twist, turn, reach over shoulders, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, walk.**What GWS has to offer:*** An upbeat, rapidly-growing environment where career growth opportunities are regularly available.* Opportunities for training and development.* A comprehensive benefits package, including competitive PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401k match program.GWS Tool Group is a North American based manufacturer of highly engineered custom, standard, and modified standard cutting tools.
