PRODUCT SPECIALISTFull TimeJOB DESCRIPTION:
Product Specialist operates as a brand ambassador that focuses on providing exceptional customer service and information on our vehicles to educate our clients on our products.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
Must have a valid Driver License and be insurable
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry
Ability to troubleshoot vehicle technology features
Strong sense of teamwork
Great attention to detail with strong organization and communication skills
Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM desired
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome all clients entering the showroom
Offer refreshments to clients
Excite, engage and educate prospective clients and current owners through calls, emails or texts and outbound events to educate them
Elegantly “hand over” the qualified client to the correct salesperson
Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding individual sales and KPI targets
Maintain showroom areas up to standard and communicate with Brand Managers to order any missing / needed items
Showcase cars with all first-time clients
Prepare, stage, and charge client vehicles in advance of their scheduled delivery appointment
Instruct and inform clients on vehicle features and app setup
Troubleshoot vehicle technology features
Execute client's documents on delivery day
Masters all respective brand products: models, stats, price ranges, years, colors, and vehicle optionality
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Managers
