Make an impact to patient care!Are you a CMT-Certified Medication Technician looking to work close to your home with a flexible schedule with competitive pay?Pay Rate: $17 - $19Benefits:SIGN ON BONUS EASILY AVAILABLEFlexible Hours + SHIFT DIFFERENTIALCompetitive PayPaid time offAdvancement OpportunitiesComprehensive Benefits PackageFantastic corporate teamYou'll be great to join our CMT-Certified Medication Technician team because you have:Must have a current Missouri- MO Medication Aid CertificationCMT-Certified Medication Technician - Duties & Responsibilities:Administer and/or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication to resident and maintain related medical records under the supervision of the RN and/or LPNComplete required annual medication trainingProvide resident care to ensure care needs are met according to the resident's care planMaintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.Maintain and control storage of medications per facility protocol.Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.Complete assigned vital signs, in a timely manner, and report them to the nurse. Report any abnormal vital signs immediately.Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse's aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.Our people and our residents are at the center of our universe.
