Shipping and Receiving Lead/Forklift Operator- Manchester, CT Pay $18-22/hr!A family owned boating supply company is looking for a highly skilled and reliable shipping and receiving clerk with forklift experience!

Responsibilities for Shipping and Receiving Lead/Forklift OperatorProcess inbound/outbound shipmentsUse of software for inventory control and processing shipmentsUse of hand tools to build palletsKeep track of the location of goodsMove goods from one location to anotherPerform routine maintenance on the forkliftEnsure proper health and safety regulations are followedEnsure there is adequate gas in the forkliftPerform inspections on the forkliftQualifications for Shipping and Receiving Lead/Forklift Operator

Recent shipping and receiving experience requiredForklift experience requiredHigh School diploma or GED equivalentAbility to lift at least 50 poundsAbility to follow proper safety proceduresAbility to maintain a safe working areaKnowledge of heavy machineryGreat organizational skillsExperience with bills of lading preferredExperience with hand tools is REQUIRED
