JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of Natural Resource/Environmental experience
Significant experience in administrative enforcement, permitting, regulatory compliance counseling, and environmental transactional matters
Knowledge in the areas of CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Fish & Game Code, endangered species, and/or related fields is desired
Experience with environmental litigation in state or federal court (including discovery, preparation of administrative records, and law and motion practice) *Helpful, but not required
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Distinguished academic record, as well as exceptional research and writing skills, are required
