Admissions Sales Director

Wedgewood Healthcare Center
located in the Clarksville, IN area. Diploma or G.E.D. Equivalent.Previous experience as marketing / admissions in health care required. Long Term Care experience preferred.Knowledge and experience with medicare, medicaid and private insuranceAdvanced computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalReliable transportation a mustFlexibility with days and time neededAble to work independently with a pleasant personalityMust maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspect of the jobMust possess basic computer skills.Job ResponsibilitiesAs Admissions Sales Director, you will develop and maintain referral relationships in the community and convert referrals to meet and exceed current budgeted census goals for our facility!Responsibilities Will IncludeProfessional Healthcare Partnership DevelopmentCommunity MarketingPre-admission and admission proceduresWorking in tandem with Central Intake to process referralsTours and Follow UpsDeveloping Strategic Sales PlanRoom readinessCommunity EventsCustomer ServiceProfessional EventsTHE COMMUNICARE COMMITMENTA family-owned company, we have grown to become one of the nation’s largest providers of post-acute care, which includes skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, independent rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals (LTACH).
