The Director of Product Management, Ecommerce will own the product strategy and roadmap for digital capabilities focused on the website, native app, marketing, and membership. This role will span across the digital and enterprise ecosystem working closely with storefront, core platform, and fulfillment product teams, providing capabilities that impact all facets of the BJ’s digital member journey. This role will rely heavily on strong analytics, technical prowess, and strategic thought leadership as it focuses on pushing the envelope around our member shopping journey both online and in-club.As the Director of Product Management, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver capabilities that enable BJ’s to win at digital experiences, drive revenue and earnings, and ensure our members have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year roadmap, guided by robust financial modeling ensuring we are prioritizing the highest ROI features and capabilities first and often. You will be partnering closely with Engineering and IT, Programs, Merchandising, Marketing, Member Care and Operations.The Director of Product Management, Ecommerce reports into the VP, Digital Product Management and UX.Duties and Responsibilities

Create, own, and deliver the overall shopping path roadmap spanning across all areas of the digital business supporting operations, marketing, programs, merchandising, and BI.Create, own, and deliver the overall purchase path roadmap.Create, own, and deliver the overall native mobile app roadmap, driving significant engagement across online and in-club member experiences.Deliver incremental capabilities and value through effective marketing and membership ecosystems, partnering closely with digital and enterprise business stakeholders, IT, and beyond.Drive enhancements and improved experiences across Search, CMS, PIM, and other core ecom platform capabilities.Experiment with AI driven models and capabilities, leveraging across the data landscape and supporting profitability efforts throughout the fulfillment journey.Lead a team of product managers, empowering and coaching them to deliver value iteratively in strong partnership with their business stakeholders.Work collaboratively with the Digital Product leadership team, balancing priorities across the HLO’s and clearing the way for our teams to deliver value quickly.Partner across the organization including IT, legal, finance, and many other teams.Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders across the company, including enterprise technology and business owners.Be hyper-focused on KPI’s, measuring consistently before and after delivery.Provide thought leadership and innovation within and outside your areas of responsibility, challenging the status quo and encouraging others to think outside the box.Minimum Qualifications

Education / Degree

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or related discipline; or equivalent experience.Experience And Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management, preferably within digital organizations focused on site and app experiences.6+ years in leading people, coaching, developing, and empowering them to be their best, to deliver value, and to work collaboratively with others.4+ years of experience in MarTech, marketing organization, or similar field is preferred.Experience in agile development with a track record of successful project delivery for large cross-functional projects within the digital and omni fulfillment ecosystems.Strong analytics skills; including the creation and communication of analytic reports.Experience with A/B testing design and execution.Excellent organizational and presentation skills.Excellent written and spoken communication skills is a must, including the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)Experience collaborating across multiple teams, including ecommerce, business and technology.The ability to influence people to get things done even if you do not have direct authority over them.
