Job Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic intervention following treatment plan established by Physical Therapist
Promote independence in the home setting through therapeutic intervention and modify treatment plan as needed
Educate patients, families, caregivers regarding home exercise program, safety, falls prevention
Supervise assistants as needed
Communicate effectively with all team members
Maintain patient records in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policy to ensure quality standard of care.
Education
Associates Degree Physical Therapist Assistant
Required Certification
California Physical Therapist Assistant license
Current driver’s license
Automobile insurance
Current CPR/BLS-Healthcare Provider
