In House Photographer / Retoucher

sweetgreen is looking for an In House Photographer / Retoucher in Los Angeles, CA, USA. We are a food brand looking for a talented, elevated and organized photographer / retoucher. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong background in photography to make significant contributions to a well-established, high volume brand team studio.This position will demand a dynamic skill set of both product and lifestyle photography, color correction and retouching, as well as the ability to work closely with our in house producers and stay organized through asset delivery. An eye for design, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a deep understanding of narrative are key to this role.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Photographing a high volume of product photography as seen in our app as well as high level creative and conceptual campaign imagery- Pushing the envelope on our creative through color correction, image enhancement, and retouching- Ability to work across a variety of photo styles- The ability to digest 360 concepts and narratively bring them to life through visualsQUALIFICATIONS:- 3-6 years as a photographer/retoucher with experience in studio projects- 3-6 years professional retouching experience or equivalent education- Genuine love for brand and culture building- Ability to utilize masking, selections, and adjustment layers for ecommerce style shoots- Expert at studio lighting- Advanced knowledge of Capture One Pro and Adobe Creative Suite- Comfortable in a Mac based environment, Dropbox and Google Apps- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented- Ability to provide portfolio- Experience with Premiere and After Effects a plus- Experience in the Advertising, Branding, Food, and/or Retail industries is preferredYes**Experience**3-6 years**Skills**Adobe Photoshop, Digital Photography, Food Photography, Lighting, Still Life Photography**Date Posted**December 18, 2021**Managed By**Joshua Bowditch* **Dog Friendly*** **Generous Vacation*** **Fitness & Wellness*** **Meals & Snacks*** **Flexible Working Hours*** **Medical Benefits**
