Ensures successful integration of ERP solution into an organization
o Understand business needs
o Optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiencies
Requirements gathering
o Works with stakeholders, users, managers, executives
o Conduct interviews, workshops
Business process analysis
o Analyze processes to align with functionalities provided by the EPR system
o Analyze software/hardware solutions to align with business requirements and Global design
o Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Gap Analysis
o Compare enterprise requirements with ERP capabilities
o Determine mitigation strategy for gaps (customization, workaround, process change, ect...)
Documentation
o Creates detailed documentation

Solution Design
o Collaborates with technical team and functional experts to design the ERP solution
o Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows and data structures
o Ensures enterprise alignment with system solutions
Testing and Validation
o Develop test plans, test cases to validate
o Leads tests with users for acceptance
o Identify and mitigate issues
Change Management
o Facilitates communication, addresses users concerns
o Provides training and support
o Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and transition to a new system
Ongoing Enterprise support and consultation
o Continued support with troubleshooting, analysis and training
