ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for driving the success of the Channel Fusion product offering. This person will work closely with the company’s Technology Solutions Lab, Sales and Marketing, and Account Services teams to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies. The primary goal will be to ensure our products meet customer needs, resonate with the target audience, and help achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:Solution Position and Messaging

Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.Create compelling value propositions and narratives to resonate with target customers.Market Research

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.Utilize data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product development and marketing strategies.Utilize market research and voice of customer input and insights to create, maintain, and prioritize product development initiatives for the company's various software modules.Product Roadmap

Create product strategy and business requirements for new features or products.Update, publish, and communicate the product roadmap quarterly, at a minimum.Lead and obtain strategic buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.Responsible for continuous improvement of product post-commercialization.Go To Market Strategy

Collaborate with Technology Solutions, Sales and Marketing, and Account Services to support go-to-market plans for new product launches and features releases.Help define pricing strategies, distribution channels, and sales enablement materials.Solution Launch

Plan and execute product launch activities, including coordinating solution launches, supporting the creation of launch materials, and ensuring sales team readiness.Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches and make necessary adjustments.Sales Enablement

Contribute to the development of sales tools and resources to support sales team in effectively selling our solutions.Provide training and product knowledge.Content Creation

Contribute to and oversee the development of marketing content such as product videos, blog posts, white papers, and case studies.Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with product messaging and positioning.Customer Advocacy

Identify and cultivate customer advocates who can provide testimonials, references, and participate in case studies.Gather and share customer success stories to build credibility.Voice of Customer

Establish and execute a repeatable process for gathering voice of customer input and insights from existing clients.Utilizing VoC input and insights to inform product features and roadmap priorities.Performance Tracking

Establish KPIs to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.Analyze data to track product performance and make data driven recommendations for improvements.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.Five to seven years experience in Software as a Service and/or tech-enabled services product marketing.Proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches.Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong project management and organizational skills.
