Working with key stakeholders and the dealer network, this individual will implement strategic programs and solutions to drive business growth and best in class customer experience. This person will be responsible for pilot programs to prove out concepts before they roll out to the greater Culligan network.*Specific Job Function:** Responsible for Voice of the Customer dealer program including all dealer support, training, billing, and recognition* Manage new dealer growth pilot programs end to end* Understand and report out key program metrics and how they associate with the overall company goals* Assist with analyzing and developing key growth initiatives* Create needed training materials program tracking* Responsible for training (in-person or virtual) for pilot programs or other growth programs* Other duties as assigned**Job Requirements:**Bachelors Degree in Business or Communications related field or equivalent work experience5-8 years of experience with project management, customer service or trainingInstructor led training experienceTechnical experience working with system configuration, user set up, etc.Experience working across various levels of an organizationComfortable providing process recommendationsProficient in Microsoft Office25% travel may be required**Competencies:**To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position.*Resourcefulness Customer Focus Communication**Passion Integrity Accountability**Analysis Skills Detail Oriented Independent***#LI-AG1****Qualifications****Skills****Behaviors****:****Motivations****:****Education****Experience****Licenses & Certifications**
