Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the Director of Table Games Operations, oversees the table games dealers in the Pit and Poker areas. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner. Ensures that all table games operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with knowledge of game and dealing techniques plus four (4) years' experience as a table games floor supervisor. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid driver's license. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
