for the Texas Market. This person will be responsible for developing and managing strategies to increase revenue by generating and managing leads, managing client accounts, and working closely with marketing. Core focus on developing business within

Base of $170k+*Must be open to 40% travel**AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry experience*Responsibilities:

Initiates introductions and meetings among engineering, operations, and procurement personnelIdentifies essential customers, individuals, or organizations crucial for stronger partnerships, actively contributing to making these connectionsEnsures consistent lead generation through customer outreach and networkingDevises and executes enduring strategies for managing client accountsFacilitates Sales meetings with leadership and assists in financial budgeting for sales/marketingContributes to setting sales and revenue objectivesLeads proposal effort, presenting final proposals to secure successful bidsDevelops cohesive plans in collaboration with Marketing leadersResearches industry trends, barriers to entry, key stakeholders, economic projections, and competitorsResearch potential clients, businesses, partners, etc., contributing to pursuit strategiesMonitors company's market share, aiding in devising growth strategies or expanding market shareConstructs and delivers project development strategies to the leadership teamActively engages in the community through civic, professional, and philanthropic organizationsContributes to the development of budgets related to events, donations, and sponsorshipRequirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field10+ years of business/project development experience; AEC (architecture/engineering/construction industry)40% travel is required for this roleProven track record of successfully developing, presenting, and executing market sector strategiesProven track record of successfully generating, qualifying, and managing leadsProven track record of successfully leading the proposal processFeatured Benefits:
