We're hiring a Senior Corporate Accountant to play an integral part of the Finance Function. In this role, you'll execute and refine newly implemented controls, improving the month-end process and related reconciliations, assisting with all aspects of General Ledger maintenance, as well as Travel & Expense-related items.What you’ll do as a Senior Corporate Accountant

Play a lead role in the financial statement close process by preparing journal entries, general ledger reconciliations and related analyses for management.Own high visibility accounting areas including professional fees and other related accruals.Ensure proper accounting under US GAAP for new agreements coordinate with stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate accruals.Serve as a primary contact with FP&A team to ensure all account activity by cost center is provided for internal reporting.Create and maintain clear documentation of control processes and procedures to support annual audits, responding to audit requests to support SOX and financial statement audits.Create other miscellaneous analytics as part of monthly close.Serve as primary US contact for all finance T&E related inquiries, including travel bookings, expense reimbursement and T&E budget reporting.What You'll Bring

3+ years of accounting experience, with a mix of public audit & public industry preferred.Undergraduate degree with an emphasis on Accounting required, CPA preferred.Strong documentation and written communication skills specifically around COSO framework, SOX-404 controls and experience identifying and documenting control processes.Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and present in a user-friendly format.Strong verbal communication skills and a "no task too small" attitude.Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and travel platforms is a plus.E-Commerce or Software industry experience is considered an advantage.Join Our Team

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. As a regulated gaming company, you may be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process if this is relevant to your role.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,600.00 - $110,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
