Sr. Fullstack Engineer

Job Description:We're looking to bring on an experienced Sr. Fullstack Engineer to help modernize our client's technology stack. You will be working on a wide range of projects, including developing microservices, creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, and expanding into new markets.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in software developmentA cumulative 5 years of experience working with a server-side language (e.g. Java, C#) and front-end technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS)Proficiency in a Single Page Application framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)Understanding of developing REST APIsAdvocacy for automated testing best practices within the teamAbility to work collaboratively and independently while being self-drivenAptitude for designing and implementing new features from scratchWillingness to enhance the technical capabilities of team members through mentoring, pair programming, and code reviewWillingness to introduce new technologies to drive technological advancements within the teamKnowledge of building distributed systemsExperience with APM platforms (e.g. DataDog, Wavefront, etc.), logging, and error monitoring toolsPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Java 8+, KotlinExperience with Spring Boot for developing microservicesFamiliarity with cloud infrastructureExperience with DevOps practices (e.g. CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)Strong understanding of building distributed systems
