Client Direct Mortgage is a nationwide direct lender, and innovative mortgage company focused on providing borrowers with competitive rates, fast closings, and excellent customer service while bringing a new strategy and commission structure to Consumer Direct Lending. In 2022 we onboarded 95+ Loan Officers of all experience levels looking to become "Future Millionaire LOs". Our amazing team of Loan Officers has the desire to succeed and with your help, they will be able to close multiple deals per month.
Our company is a fast-paced group of high achievers built by a Scotsman Guide Top Originator for future and current Top Originators. We want to expand our team with an energetic, experienced Account Executive looking to grow with an innovative company. Providing our Loan Officers with quality leads, fair compensation, an all-in-one platform for originating effectively, access to diverse loan programs, and an integrated accountability plan is the winning formula for a Loan Officer's success. To complete the package, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Account Executive to support our Loan Officers.
This is an in-office position; this is not remote.
A typical day in our Walnut Creek, CA office will include the following:
Establishing a "Coach-Athlete relationship" with current and new Loan Officers through consistent communication, nurturing, teaching, and feedbackAssist with holding Loan Officers accountable and track their daily and weekly progressHelping Loan Officers understand the importance of time management and how to use their limited time to be more effectiveMentor and guide Loan Officers to become high-converting sales professionalsReport on learning and development performance, individual progress, and nuanced observations of Loan Officers' opportunities for improvementDevelop and deploy "refresher training" on sales techniques, systems, and products as you observe gaps in Loan Officer's knowledgeConduct ad hoc training as neededConsistently identify Loan Officers that have the potential to be high-performersWhat you bring to the table:
1+ years experience as a mortgage Account Executive1+ years Computer Science / IT higher education instructor a plusYou are a great observer and able to take what someone does (not says) and provide real-time coaching to guide them toward the actions that will help them win more dealsYou are great at helping people get out of their own wayYou love brainstorming and sharing solutions, and the ability to develop others using various techniques, tools, and communication stylesCan create a climate in which people want to do their best. Invites input from others and shares ownership and visibilityYou relate well to all kinds of peopleYou enjoy monitoring processes, progress, and resultsThe ability to manage multiple projects and timeYou are adept at managing competing demands; you can easily change your approach or method to fit the situation bestSalary
