Who We are looking for:
A provider with extensive clinical experience who is passionate about community health
A provider with strong leadership & supervision experience
A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations
Base Compensation:
Family Medicine Physician: $283K + CMD Stipend
Pediatrician: $243K + CMD Stipend
Internal Medicine Physician: $293K + CMD Stipend
Position Highlights:
$30K Hiring Bonus
$20k Relocation Allowance

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
28 hours of clinical time
12 hours of leadership admin time
EMR system is EPIC
