Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:
Support system level designs, installation, testing, and certification in aircraft Utilize principles of systems engineering and other engineering disciplines to evaluate, recommend solutions and clarify requirementsRequired Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is requiredA Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline plus eight years of experience or a master’s degree plus six years of experience is requiredMust have an Active Secret Security Clearance Experience with design, integration, testing and debugging of communication systemsAble to work in a proactive fashion with minimal supervisory oversightWilling to travel up to 10% of the time to support witness testing events, attend program-level meetingsDesired Skills:
Experience with troubleshooting communication and RF systemsExperience working with SETR processesExperience with reviewing system specifications and design documentation while providing detailed constructive feedbackMIL-STD-1553 multiplex data bus system testing experience. SNMP testing experience Working knowledge of antenna theory and conceptsExperience working directly with customers and vendors Experience working with ARC-210 radios Experience with NAVAIR airborne platform integration MS Degree in an Engineering discipline, Electrical Engineering preferredActive TS Security ClearanceFamiliarity with NAVAIR working environments and processesWillingness to work in a classified lab environment.
