Wound Care RN
to join our team.Responsibilities:The certified
Wound Care RN
works under the supervision of the Nurse Administrator/Nurse Supervisor and assesses, plans, and implements care for patients with wounds or at risk for skin breakdown. Clinical care other than direct wound care is also required. The certified Wound Care RN works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team and prepares and presents educational programming regarding wound care to healthcare staff as requested. Adherence to NC DAC and Centurion policy and procedure required.Qualifications:NC (or compact state) RN licenseCurrent certification in one of the following requiredCertified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON)Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN)Wound Care Certified (WCC)Minimum of 1 year of Full Time RN experienceCurrent CPRAbility to obtain a security clearance, to include a criminal background check
