Job Responsibilities:
Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove serviceGenerates additional revenue via strategic upsell opportunitiesBalance up to 5 RFPs weekly across 3 AEs- deadline drivenCoordinate campaign workflow cross departmentally to ensure campaign successBuild strategic & customized RFP responses that will lead to IO generationWork with Legal/ Finance to close out opportunitiesConduct historical & brand research for new & existing clientsOwns troubleshooting and finds solutions to internal & external challenge
Profile and Experience:
A minimum of 2 of digital media experience in a client facing roleA minimum of a Bachelor's degree requiredA highly motivated professional with a proven track record in a client facing roleStrong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.)Experience in managing expectations in a deadline-driven environment3rd party tagging experience preferredExperience working in Salesforce preferredProficient in Excel & PPT
