A completed Covid-19 vaccination card is now a requiredThe provider will be needed for 15 days per month for both call and inpatient rounding for trauma, acute surgical cases, and hospital follow-up.Day shifts - 10-hour shifts; night shifts - 14 hours.Additional Licensure: ACLS, ATLS, BLSSupport: 2 nurse practitionersVery busy level 3 trauma center with an average of 60,000 annual ER visitsOpen to Locum to Perm
