Manufacturing Execution Systems Programmer II (MES)

This is a fully onsite role. The Senior Engineer will develop and operate of Smart Factory solutions in Solar product manufacturing line. Responsibilities:Development, operation, and functional design of MES solutions in Solar product manufacturing line.Definition of MES Features(function) and Specifications, and Development and Operation of Back End and Front EndManagement in receiving and forwarding and inventory for materials/subsidiary materials, product/semi-finished productsDesign of master data for Process/Equipment/Quality and ProductionDevelopment of Logic related to production, such as processing and OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)Real-time data collection and analysis, visualization, and optimization with MES Solutions.Utilizing Big data from production, process, quality, and equipment to analyze defects and transference number. Statistically predicting facility failures and monitoring them in real-time. Process automation through Recipe optimizationDesign and Development of Transportation logic for Logistics Automation such as AGV, OHT, Mobile RobotResponse and troubleshooting to production, process, facilitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required3-5+ years of prior experience in the Development and Operation of MES solutionsExperience in the Development and Operation of automation of high-tech industries such as Solar and semiconductorsStrong knowledge and Experience in the Development and Operation of MES SolutionsIntermediate or higher skill in TIBCO Rendezvous and DatabaseHigh understanding of Equipment communication protocol (SEMI standard, OPC, PLC)Strong knowledge and Experience in the Development and Design of manufacturing processes and platformsExperience Working in a specific area (for a semiconductor or LCD company)Strong organization aptitude and attention to detailDemonstrated reliability with excellent time-management skillsWorks well under the pressure of deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the Development and Operation of Smart Factory solutions of high-tech industries such as Solar and semiconductorsDevelopment experience in Front and Back-End such as JAVA, Analysis and Tuning of Query, and development of Procedure.
