While details may evolve, our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office-based teams coming together three days a week to collaborate and thrive, together!Job DescriptionYour CareerAs a Product Manager at Palo Alto Networks for Prisma Access, you will be responsible for developing and driving our GlobalProtect product execution strategy for Prisma Access & NGFW, and driving all aspects of Prisma Access engagements to deliver unprecedented value for our customers.You will be a trusted partner and will help build a strong relationship through deep interaction with our customers and partners to understand their requirements and needs. You will be responsible for different stages of the product life cycle (conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities) managing strategic planning, owning both inbound and outbound communication and tactical activities.Other responsibilities include collaborating with Product Marketing to create product related sales and marketing materials and evangelizing the products and product strategy both internally and externally.Your ImpactOwn the product decision-making for GlobalProtect features offered in Prisma Access & NGFWTranslate customer needs and use cases into product strategy and technology requirementsCoordinate and drive roadmap prioritization and tradeoffsDevelop, lead, and communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects and all internal key team membersInterface with Product and Engineering teams across the globe and 3rd-party technical partners to design and build capabilities to deliver at cloud-scaleGuide engineering teams and deliver high-quality productsWork with the product marketing team to develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teamsWork with professional services, support, and education team, to ensure your products get coverage by these cross-functional teamsDrive go-to-market decisionsQualificationsYour ExperienceExperience in any of these areas - endpoint, network security, performance & cloud securityProven ability to identify, design, and implement technologies to solve access & security challengesBackground in any of these areas - Secure Remote Access, Endpoint Management, Mobile Apps & Identity & Access ManagementMust have technical understanding of TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, IPSec, SAML, RADIUS, MDM, APIsMust have hands-on experience configuring and/or troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, routing, authentication & network performanceActively participating in the creation of user flows, wireframes and prototypesExcellent written and verbal communicationMinimum 5 years in endpoint or network security product management or TME or systems engineeringStrong teammate able to lead and give support to cross-functional teamsStrong desire to win, a go-getterExperience in dynamic environments with overlapping projects/deliverablesAdditional InformationThe TeamTo stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is, and how to anticipate the changes we’re facing. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $163,200/yr to $264,000/yr.
