We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior AEM Engineer with an exceptional command of CSS and extensive expertise in Javascript, HTML, and Java. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated web applications within the Adobe Experience Manager framework.Responsibilities
Architectural Expertise:
Provide senior-level leadership in the design and development of AEM-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to AEM best practices and standards.Mentorship:
Mentor junior AEM Engineers, providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and conducting regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Customization and Development:
Lead the development and maintenance of complex custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and dialogs, ensuring reusability and modularity.CSS Mastery:
Demonstrate an advanced command of CSS, driving the creation of visually appealing and responsive user interfaces. Implement and oversee CSS frameworks and preprocessors to streamline development.Component Library Development:
Drive the creation and management of a comprehensive AEM component library, promoting consistency and efficiency across projects.Advanced Front-End Development:
Showcase expertise in responsive design, Single Page Applications (SPAs), and AEM Core Components to enhance user interfaces and experiences.Integration Leadership:
Ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems, employing AEM APIs, servlets, and OSGi services, and leveraging Adobe's integration capabilities.Performance Optimization:
Implement advanced strategies for performance optimization, caching mechanisms, and asset optimization within AEM, ensuring optimal page load times and resource utilization.Adobe Cloud Services Integration:
Utilize and integrate Adobe Cloud Services such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Campaign to enhance personalization, analytics, and marketing capabilities.Governance and Best Practices:
Lead the establishment and enforcement of AEM governance policies, coding standards, and best practices within the development team.Requirements and technical skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
Proven senior-level experience in an AEM development role, with a focus on CSS, Javascript, HTML, Java, and extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.Technical Proficiency:
In-depth understanding of Apache Sling, proficiency in Adobe Launchpad, and experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.CSS Proficiency:
Exceptional command of CSS, including knowledge of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).Strategic Thinker:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make strategic decisions to achieve project goals.Communication Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Project Leadership:
