Nocturnist inpatient position available for an Advanced Practitioner. This is a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University. The opportunity is located at a community hospital tat is 53 beds and ample sub-specialty support and a burgeoning telemedicine service. You will be on the EPIC EMR network.
Practice details include:
Join an established group of 18 Hospitalist Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC).Salary up to $130,000Block Schedule, typically 7 days on and 7 days offHours are 8:00 PM - 8:00 AMResponsible for admitting patients from the ED and nearby hospitals, fielding transfer calls, and cross covering inpatientsAttend codes and rapid responses with the direct assistance of an in-house (24/7) board-certified Emergency Medicine physicianTelephone back-up from hospitalist physiciansProcedural skills preferred but not requiredFull benefits, sign on bonus, relocation, retirement
