Job Description
Detailed analysis of financial statements to assess riskEvaluate client credit exposure and the risk associatedMaintain tracking log for credit submissions, collateral and legal documentsCoordinate with Credit and Underwriting to ensure required legal agreements received and reflect approved credit terms.Ensure compliance and reconciliation of required collateral.Assist in analysis of portfolio and industry trendsAssist in ensuring compliance with Credit Policy GuidelinesWork on special projects as neededQualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or other related field, or relevant work experience2 to 4 years of proven Insurance related credit experience with emphasis on policies and proceduresAnalytical and organizational skills preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000 - $90,000.
