Job Description
The Office Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the business and any other duties assigned by the franchise business owner. Training will be provided by the franchise business owner.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channelsDeal directly with customers either by telephone or email to respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaintsManage customer accounts via proprietary software systemDevelop, monitor and ensure completion of field technician schedules on a daily basisManage office staff and field technicians on a daily basis to include payrollComplete billing and invoicing of customers on a daily basisDaily, weekly, monthly tracking of business performance against planEducation and Experience
High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalentCompetent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)Strong administrative, organization and filing skillsPhone sales experience preferred, not requiredCRM software experience preferred, not requiredKey Competencies
Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills - verbal and writtenListening skillsConsumer salesAttention to detail and accuracyData collection and analysisCustomer service orientationAdaptabilityInitiativeStress tolerance
Compensation: $17 -$21 per hour
