We are a growing company looking for an amazing Staff Accountant with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable experience to join our team! The ideal candidate is pro-active, self-motivated and has a VERY STRONG understanding of Excel.
The staff accountant works closely with the team to complete assigned accounting tasks.
Job responsibilities include:Daily accounting journal entryA/PA/RAccount reconciliationPreparing invoices and estimatesSupporting all functions of the accounting department as assigned
Candidate requirements include:Strong knowledge of Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables)Strong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsQuickbooks experience

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
