Our
Staff Accountant
will act as a Controller to provide support, preparation and review on multiple tax projects to provide quality tax services and deliverables for our company. This position is intended to rapidly grow within our company. It requires strong technical and communication skills to coordinate with peers, managers and clients to ensure timely, quality delivery of both simple and complex tax projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Conduct basic tax research and correspondencesPrepare support services for tax planning and preparationManage client information requests and deliverablesEnsure accurate, timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returnsEnsure quality standards are maintainedProvide support on special tax projects and initiativesCollaborate with staff, clients and managementDesired Skills and Experience
Bachelorâ€'s degree in AccountingMinimum of 1 year public accounting experience in taxPositive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team in various levelsGood interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills with knowledge and skills in a wide variety of applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft OutlookResearch orientated with problem-solving skillsSuperior attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skillsFlexible in dealing with change with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesired Skills and Experience
