***Apply NowResponsibilities:Responsibilities:Evaluates the safety of the delivery of care in the home environment in adherence to all applicable laws, regulations and policiesProvides care in compliance with the assigned care plan and RN delegationRecognizes changes in the patients condition and communicates with the RN supervisorProvides total or assisted personal care, assistance with meals, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, and companion servicesPractices safety and universal precautions, infection control and uses appropriate protective equipment to protect patients and selfAttends/ completes all assigned in-services and trainingsPerforms other duties as assigned
