NoneWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMIS (Project Management Information System) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles, a proven track record of working with various PMIS tools, and the expertise to guide clients through the assessment, selection, and implementation of PMIS solutions. As a PMIS Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping clients optimize their project management processes and achieve successful project outcomes.What You Will Do
Collaborate with clients to assess their project management needs and objectives.Conduct a thorough analysis of the client's existing project management processes and systems.Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend tailored PMIS solutions.Guide clients through the selection process of suitable PMIS tools based on their requirements, budget, and technical constraints.Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather client requirements and present recommended solutions.Develop comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and change management strategies.Provide expert guidance during the implementation phase to ensure the seamless integration of selected PMIS tools into the client's workflow.Customize and configure PMIS tools to align with client-specific processes and project methodologies.Offer training and support to client teams to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of the PMIS tools.Monitor project implementation progress, address challenges, and recommend adjustments as necessary.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PMIS technologies to continuously enhance consulting services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and assistance as needed.What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; or a Master's degree.A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and PMIS consulting.Proven expertise in assessing, selecting, and implementing PMIS solutions for diverse clients.In-depth knowledge of various PMIS tools and their capabilities, such as Oracle’s suite of products, eBuilder, Kahua.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.Effective presentation and facilitation skills, capable of leading client workshops and training sessions.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex project management challenges and provide innovative solutions.Experience in change management and guiding clients through organizational transformations.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or other PMIS-specific certifications are a plus.Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.Due to client engagement requirements, US Citizenship restrictions may apply.Must currently reside in the United States.The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience in working with clients across various industries, understanding their unique challenges.Familiarity with project management software integration and interoperability.Experience in developing and delivering customized training materials.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide insights into project performance.Strong network within the project management and PMIS community.Additional certifications related to specific PMIS tools or methodologies.The annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.What We Offer
