The O’Melveny Newport Beach office is looking to hire an attorney with five to seven years of experience for a counsel-level position in the M&A group.The ideal candidate will have a substantial corporate transactional background, primarily focused on M&A (company side (public and private) as well as private equity) and will have substantial experience in drafting, negotiating and managing such transactions.The salary range in Newport Beach for this role is $345,000 - $400,000 and represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.Please send all resume and transcript submissions to
