The Role:We're a rapidly growing Australian PropTech firm in search of a passionate and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. We're seeking someone with a unique mindset, ready to embrace the challenges and excitement of working for an early-stage software company positioned for expansion in Canada.Our core values revolve around minimizing bureaucracy, nurturing strong trust, and measuring success based on the impact we create.In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the Business Development and Customer Success departments. Your responsibilities will encompass both expanding our current client portfolio and providing crucial support to ensure our platform delivers exceptional results for users.As part of your duties, you'll engage with and establish relationships with numerous real estate agents, brokers, and support personnel throughout Canada. This role will offer you a deep understanding of property markets, negotiation strategies, and cutting-edge technology.Your primary objective will be to maintain, assist, and transform a portfolio of clients into regular Openn platform users. This will be achieved through continuous collaboration with our business development, marketing, and training teams to attain key business objectives.

About you:Our ideal candidate will be able to work effectively both unsupervised and in a collaborative team environment, is highly organized, and cares deeply about the work they do. You have proven experience working in a SaaS / Proptech or early-stage environment and recognize the challenges (and opportunity) that come with such a role.Openn is not the ideal place for everyone. It is fast-paced, constantly evolving, and won’t be fun if you’re not willing to put in the work.If you’re after a genuine opportunity to grow and can thrive in a changing environment – we might be the perfect match.Key Responsibilities:Inbound lead management and nurturingCommunicating daily with brokers, agents, and partners via email and phone, and driving new businessEngage customers in meaningful and insightful dialogue that leads to creating action and business growthUse initiative to develop new methods, strategies, and techniques to improve business conversion and customer satisfactionUse data to work independently and assess opportunitiesUse data to drive discovery and conversion conversationsCollaboration with Product, Training, Marketing, and Executive teamsPreferred Experience and Skills:Previous experience selling SaaS solutionsPractical experience within a business/sales environment across Proptech or Real estate industriesPrevious experience within a start-up / early-stage environmentExcellent phone technique and output with a high call-to-conversion ratio with demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all dayIncredibly well organized and a problem solverMeticulous follow-up and follow-throughExcellent writing and verbal skills — as well as the confidence to present via webinar/video conferenceHands-on experience with CRM software (HubSpot is a plus)
