Job SummaryHybrid Work Environment - Must reside in OahuPay Range : $57,629 - $88,159Note : Individuals typically begin between the minimum to middle of the pay rangePosition performs business analysis tasks, project management activities and other related responsibilities for the Account Management & Sales department. Performs business analysis and cost/benefit justifications, must be able to analyze and comprehend complex processes that span the scope of the Account Management & Sales department.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and three years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Report writing or other business/technical writing skills.Excellent critical thinking skills.Knowledge of business processes and analytical functions.Demonstrated organizational skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Duties And ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate proficiency in bringing a cross-functional perspective to complex business analysis activities and projects to support the implementation of corporate projects involving new systems and functions, and enhancements to existing systems and functions.Implementation responsibilities for projects of various size and scope, all lines of business/products, with a primary focus and prioritization on Medicare, include:Collaborate with business users to understand the business needs.Define and document requirements and develop the business case.Produce and manage a project plan.Work with the technical staff to complete the analysis and design.Manage cross-functional teams, representing and advocating functionality for AMS.Document the test plan, work with the business users to complete the test cases.Coordinate the testing to ensure technical and business resources are available and appropriate.Collaborate with the business users on workflows and procedures.Work with the business users on staff training.Provide post-implementation support.Support strategic solutions management to improve AMS business processes and general technology.Salesforce optimization: marketing analytics, campaign design, business needs development for marketing cloud, hmsa.com, Salesforce for all lines of business/products, with a primary focus and prioritization on Medicare.Collaborate with staff to understand and determine customer and staff needs. Implementation and training support for field, call center, neighborhood center staff.General Technology: Collaborate to deliver strategy, roadmap, external customer technology, and internal AMS technology.Improve AMS business processes: internal productivity and external customer experience through technology.Coordinates/supports projects for departmental related activities.Define deliverables into discrete commitments (sprint planning).Effectively communicate and escalate appropriate project issues to Management or project owners/stakeholders. Lead issue identification, reporting, tracking and resolution in a timely manner.Synthesize business requirements from multiple sources including or may include customer segments, healthcare product experts, brokers, and sales teams into requirement documents and agile project plans.Define the feature sets, and business requirements from multiple sources, focusing on measures of success, and product roadmap.May specify product requirements in the form of functional requirements, user stories, wireframes, and their objectives.Writes accurate and useful functional specifications for multiple projects simultaneously.Provide training on workflows, analysis techniques and report generation to ensure deliverables are met.Other Duties/FunctionsPerforms all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
