To support rapid international business growth, we are hiring a Sr. Product Manager located at our company headquarters in Silicon Valley who has experience developing hardware connectivity products for ethernet applications. As an Astera Labs Sr. Product Manager, you will lead product definition, vision, and launch products from cradle to grave. You will drive interactions with engineering teams, lead customer discussions, develop go-to-market strategies, and work with senior leaders on the vision and customer impact.

Basic Qualifications

Engineering Bachelor’s degree, preferred MBA, or advanced degreeMinimum of 5 years’ experience working in product management, product marketing, business development or relevant customer facing functionsExperience with hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity applicationsExcellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teamsDetail oriented with a passion for telling a compelling storyAuthorized to work in the US and start immediatelyRequired Experience

Market knowledge of networking, data center, server, cloud, AI and storage segmentsProficient technical knowledge of Ethernet protocols; Other high speed interfaces (e.g. PCIe, CXL) a plusDirect experience with Ethernet roadmap strategy, market sizing, business cases, product tradeoffs, and product requirements definitionDemonstrated ability to grow product revenue for cable, module solutions and/or semiconductor productsProven track record of working closely with cloud service providers, data center OEMs/ODMs, CPU/GPU vendors and cable suppliersPartnership experience with industry ecosystem and standards organizations such as Ethernet Alliance, OIF, PCI-SIG, etc.Responsibilities

Define Product Visions for both short-term and long-term strategies and roadmap including definition and prioritization of features that are aligned with customer requirementsMaximize Business Impact through continuous market assessment.
