Oversee and coordinate specialty-specific internal and governmental reviews, investigations, and audits.Conduct due diligence and provide assistance with transaction integration matters associated with your specialty.Prepare, review, and revise specialty-related government/accreditation body notices, reports, filings, and other legal documents.Legal Counsel And Advice
Provide general legal counsel to the company, serving as a trusted advisor on legal matters.Offer specialty-specific advice to various stakeholders, utilizing your in-depth knowledge and expertise.Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership.[X] years of experience practicing law in a relevant specialty.Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel as needed.Compensation
