Position Summary:
Our client, a leader in extruded trim and aluminum solutions, seeks a dynamic Director of Sales to join their leadership team. This role will be pivotal in driving their continued growth and expansion, overseeing all sales operations.

Responsibilities:Develop and communicate sales targets, KPIs, and action plans for the company and team members.Conduct weekly sales meetings to enhance communication and accountability.Institute a development and mentoring program for the team.Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
Requirements and Skills:BS/MS degree in business administration or relevant industry experience.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Five or more years of experience in managing sales with a proven record of success throughout the entire sales process.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
