Our client, myPlace Health, is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead projects and implement key facets of the care model. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults, and prior experience in value-based care clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects to design and implement key facets of the care modelEvaluate and implement clinical operations vendorsBring a flexible, 'roll up the sleeves' attitude to help build whatever is most neededProactively identify key problems/risks and recommend solutionsCommunicate effectively to internal audiencesSchedule and Shift Details
Hybrid on-site/remote, with ability to travel up to 3 days/week based on business needTravel
Occasional travel requiredThis Role Is Eligible For The Following
