Resident Care Assistants.
The Resident Care Assistants will: Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assists professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents Assist residents in adapting to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging Use one-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities, support interest, develop and sustain capacities and adaptive skills of residents Lead and coordinate various types of activities and programs for the residents Assist in the development and implementation of care plans We offer:

High school graduate or equivalent is desired Two years of resident care experience preferred Must have a working knowledge of basic patient care procedures
