Ohio - Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Coshocton & Zanesville

Job Description:
90% Outpatient and 10% Observation patients.The OT will work varied day shift M-F hours, with at least one (possibly two) day/week working until 5:30p or 6:00p. 36-40 hours/week (no four 10's or three 12's can be considered), with a weekend call rotation for the Coshocton campus. The OT will work primarily with an adult population, but some pediatrics is expected. EPIC EMR is used. Experience with lymphedema, splinting and hand therapy strongly preferred. BLS required. Ohio license and registry required (cannot be in process). OT must have at least 2 years of acute care and/or outpatient experience.PLEASE NOTE this assignment requires travel between the Coshocton and various Zanesville worksites. Once the OT begins his/her day at the first facility, all travel time after that is then considered worked hours, i.e., time to travel to first facility to start his/her day is NOT paid time, but once starting work, all subsequent travel time is paid at the hourly rate*** There will be no additional mileage reimbursement.
