We are looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team at Fairfield Animal Hospital. We are a busy, well-established practice that provides comprehensive veterinary care for pets of all ages. Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate, skilled veterinarian with a passion for animal welfare.
Responsibilities of the position include:
Performing physical examinations and diagnostic tests on animalsDiagnosing and treating illnesses and injuriesProviding preventive care, such as vaccinations and dental cleaningsCommunicating with pet owners about their pets' healthWorking with other members of the veterinary team to provide the best possible care for animalsQualifications for the position include:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degreeCurrent license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of ConnecticutAt least 2 years of experience working as a veterinarianExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for animal welfare
