In this role, you will lean on your outstanding process and data expertise, tailoring it to the needs of the global sales team. As an integral part of the team’s success, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that the team depends on to achieve their sales goals. Responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively.Optimizes all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication.Requires demonstrating knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and your company’s go to market process to create continuous training opportunities through various methods.Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client need, how company products and services can meet client need and capturing opportunities within their accounts.Use sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. Will continually evaluate and deploy new and improved deployment methods. Typically collaborates with Marketing and Sales Operations to create content and track and measure operations and performance.Gain a deep understanding of our sales and marketing tech stack (6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator) as you assist the global sales team in their daily usage of the various tools.Partner with the Customer Advocacy Team to support our Customer Reference Management Solution (ReferenceEdge).Team up with our Sales Operations’ Program Managers as they support our Salesforce integrated tech stack, providing day-to-day support for our 150+ account executives.Within tech stack, manage user permissions, create email sequences, and help document and optimize processes designed to increase sales productivity.Become a SME in the integrated use of the tools in our sales process.Maintain Enterprise Territory Management within our Salesforce instance, providing ongoing maintenance for the underlying rules supporting our global territory structure.Ad hoc projects and duties which may from time to time be assigned to you by your manager.What You Will Need

2+ years’ experience working within a sales environment in an administrative capacity.A strong understanding of a variety of software applications, including Salesforce.com, Excel and PowerPoint.Experience working under and consistently meeting tight deadlines while adjusting priorities as needed.Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service.An inquisitive nature, seeking to understand the dynamics of the business you support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds.We believe each member of our team deserves to see a path forward to achieving their career and financial goals.Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.The minimum starting pay range for this role is $68,000+ per annum.Pay progression is based on performance.Our pay programs are just one element of our commitment to
