The Guha Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers a competitive salary range from $60,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in assisting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from initial case investigation to attending trial. Primary responsibilities include legal research, document review, preparing memos and briefs, and trial support. Responsibilities: • Organize and maintain legal documents preparing them for review by attorneys • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and analyzing legal documents • Research applicable laws and regulations related to litigation • Gather and compile evidence for lawyers to use in trial proceedings or other legal proceedings • Prepare legal correspondence and memoranda, including drafting motions and other pleadings Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification • 1-3 years of litigation experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal software • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Working knowledge of the legal industry, with particular emphasis on employment law Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE
