This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state specific requirements for maintaining licensing.Position Description:Active, unrestricted license as a Psychiatrist in NVMaintain overall clinical responsibility for the mental health programs within the facilityOversee the completion of mental health screenings and evaluationsPerform sick call visits and chronic care visitsConduct rounds in all unitsFormulate a working diagnosis, develop and implement a treatment plan, and evaluate/modify therapeutic regimens to promote positive patient outcomesCoordinate, lead and participate in educational training activities related to mental health careNaphCare partners with correctional facilities to provide proactive, patient-focused healthcare.
