Are you ready to join an innovative, experienced, leading sales organization?
We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to “Manage, Train, and Grow” teams of outside B2B and Residential sales reps in various locations around the country. The Sales Manager will work directly out of our Columbia, MD office. You must be able to work independently while driving results.
The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams in various industries in various locations across the US. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our clients. The Sales Manager will have direct responsibility and ownership of a program post contract execution. They will have the overall responsibility for program development and planning, launch and ongoing management. Once a new program has launched, the Sales Manager continues to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress, while providing guidance for developing best practices and improvement for production, maintaining staffing levels and KPI achievement.
We want someone who is analytical in the approach to managing sales agents, focused on performance and KPI’s, but also have the ability to go in the field and train them how to close deals.
The Sales Manager guides the sales representatives by coaching, training and providing direct instructions, as well as assistance in client acquisition.
Operational Responsibilities
Client KO meeting
Program Launch
Daily tracking and management of sales teams
Primary contact between Client and SFI
Verification of sales reps achieving KPI and Quotas
Coordination of staffing with SFI recruiting and HR
Weekly calls and reporting to client on achievements, obstacles, observations and recommendations.
Client Satisfaction
Program continuation and expansion
Weekly operational meetings with SFI executives
Sales Quotas
Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
Conduct training for each of his or her sales reps on a continual basis
Manage your team to drive and develop solution to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objections
Requirements
Must have sales management experience
Must have outside sales experience
Must have experience managing B2B and/or RESIDENTIAL sales teams
Travel will be required to manage multiple teams across the US
3+ years sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail
