Mission of the Role (What you will be doing)
The Marketing Operations Assistant reports to the VP, Talent Development & Business Marketing and plays a critical, hands-on role in the development and implementation of business-to-business marketing campaign strategies, and social media campaigns, and the collection, reporting and interpretation of marketing analytics. In addition to assisting in the creation of marketing materials, case studies, presentations and sales collateral, the MOA will provide administrative support that includes maintaining sales and development databases, lead qualification, and timely project management assistance to ensure robust support of our organic growth efforts.

Requirements
Educational/Training Requirements/Experience (What your background should look like)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Business-to-business marketing experience preferred
- Copywriting experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
- Digital marketing experience (social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus
- Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills - comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
